Friends probably tell you that “you're so strong” or “time will heal” but inside you just want to scream: “Don’t you understand? I'm not, It won't!”

You long for people who get it - who understand the silence, the tears, the moments of both aching love and crushing absence

You want to know their stories, their words, their quirks won’t fade away

Moments to Legacy was born from lived experience

I know what it feels like to face unexpected loss

To wish there was a safe space to simply be without needing to explain

To long for a way to capture the essence of someone gone too soon

What started as a way for me to to gather stories and hold onto memories has grown into something bigger - a community, a movement, a way where together we can process our thoughts and to heal.

This is a legacy project for all those who’ve loved and have unexpectedly lost a special someone
