Writing about Paul was the only way I could feel close to him again.

In the early days after my long term partner died my brain went into protection mode and tried to erase all the memories of Paul that I had. I no longer could picture him in the home we shared, on the holidays we enjoyed or even doing the mundane chores.

Desperate for these memories not to be forgotten I began writing the story of the moments that we shared together. The story of how we met, how he got his nick name, the time we went to Paris and I was convinced there was a body bag in his suitcase!

This writing helped me to process my grief, keep his memory alive, and provide his future generations with an insight to the amazing man that he was.

I now want to help you to write your book and capture all the memories so that they will never be forgotten.
